WARDOGS Patch 0.11: Server Browser Split and Bans

Patch 0.11 splits the server browser into a Community list and an Official list, gives community servers a week of +5% settlement cash, and sets three enforcement tiers for economy abuse. The developer posted the announcement on 12 September 2026 (22:26 UTC) and rolled the patch out with about an hour of downtime on Monday 14 September 2026.

WARDOGS Patch 0.11 splits the server browser into Community and Official lists, adds a one-week +5% community cash bonus, and bans cash exploits and XP farming.

CURRENT SNAPSHOT

Patch 0.11 facts from the official announcement

Patch 0.11 is a server browser patch first: two front ends instead of one, better community discovery tools, a one-week cash apology, and a stated three-tier penalty for economy abuse.

The announcement states the +5% community bonus as a one-week window and gives no closing date; the maintenance window, the bonus, and the enforcement rules above are all dated Patch 0.11 / 14 SEP 2026 and can change with the next patch.

01 / ROLLOUT

Patch 0.11 lands with a one-hour maintenance window

The announcement is titled SCHEDULED MAINTENANCE & PATCH 0.11 and was published on 12 September 2026 at 22:26 UTC. It calls for servers to come down on Monday 14 September 2026 for approximately one hour, listed as 08:00 UTC, 10:00 CEST, and 16:00 China time. As of Patch 0.11 / 14 September 2026, that is the only window the developer has published for this build.

The same announcement carries the two milestone figures. The developer states a new peak of 400,000 concurrent users, and cites a PCGamesN report from 12 September 2026 that sales have passed 1,500,000 copies. The sales figure is the outlet's, not the developer's own count, and it is the only copy number quoted in the announcement.

Everything below is quoted from that announcement, plus the patch-overview video by KolBe listed in the sources, which covers the same changes and shows the new browser layout.

02
02 / SERVER BROWSER

The browser splits into Community and Official

This is the headline change, and it answers the most common question about 0.11 directly: the server browser is no longer one list. The front end is split into two browsers, Community and Official, so player-hosted servers and developer-run servers stop competing for the same column of the interface.

The developer says plainly that community servers had been neglected before this patch. That admission is the reason the split exists, and it is also the reason the compensation in the next section exists.

The official side loses filtering. The announcement's explanation is that filters there had nothing useful left to separate, because the game does not have official modded game modes — so the Official browser presents the plain server list instead of a filter panel.

03
03 / COMMUNITY SERVERS

Text search, persistent server IDs, and Show Empty/Full

The community browser gets the most work in 0.11. The changes below are listed as published:

  • Filtering reliability improved on community servers — the announcement describes the old filtering as unreliable rather than merely absent.
  • Text search added for community servers, so a known server name can be typed instead of scrolled to.
  • Community Server ID persists across matches and restarts. The ID is longer than before, and the announcement says the extra length is a security measure.
  • Show Empty and Show Full are added to the quick-access panel, so both ends of the population range are reachable without opening the full filter view.
  • The Host Server button is fixed — it now leads to the server hosting interface instead of somewhere adjacent to it.
  • Server names sort alphabetically, ignoring special characters and numbers, so cosmetic tags stop shuffling the list order.
  • Consecutive spaces in server names are no longer allowed, which removes the cheapest way to push a name up the old list.

Two of those items are about order rather than access: alphabetical sorting and the consecutive-space rule both change what a server owner can do to sit at the top of the browser. Neither changes who can join what.

04
04 / COMPENSATION

One week of +5% cash on community servers

The apology for the neglected community servers is economic: for one week, matches played on community servers pay an extra 5% cash at settlement. The announcement presents it as a thank-you to the server owners and players who kept the community side running.

Two limits are worth stating plainly. The bonus applies to the end-of-match cash payout, not to every cash source in the game. And the developer describes the window as one week rather than naming a closing date, so the window is best read as starting with the 0.11 rollout.

05
05 / ENFORCEMENT

Three penalties: cash exploits, exploit tutorials, XP farming

Patch 0.11 states the developer's enforcement rules for economy abuse. These are the published penalties, in the order the announcement gives them — this page is reporting the policy, not describing a way around it.

  • Abusing a cash exploit: temporary ban plus a full reset. The ban length depends on the account's previous ban history, and all cash and XP are wiped.
  • Publishing exploit content without reporting the bug: treated as advertising cheats, and handled with a permanent ban. The announcement is explicit that tutorials or guides explaining how to exploit game systems, published without the intention of reporting the issue, fall into this tier.
  • XP farming: the heaviest penalty. The developer says it tracks every server a player joins and knows which servers are used for experience farming. An account recorded on an XP-farming server for more than a few minutes is permanently banned.

The same announcement describes the path it does want: test a bug a couple of times, then report it. Repeated exploitation is what the policy is aimed at, and the developer states that testing once or twice and reporting the problem is not treated as abuse.

06
06 / FIXES

Cash exploits fixed, GPU crashes fixed, Asia capacity raised

Three further lines come with 0.11 beyond the browser:

  • Several cash exploits are fixed. The announcement confirms the fixes without itemising each one, so no method is described here.
  • More GPU-related crashes are fixed, continuing the graphics-stability work that Season 1 also carried.
  • Asia server capacity is increased, which is the only regional capacity change named in the announcement.

None of the three arrives with numbers. The announcement does not say how many exploits were closed, which crash paths were repaired, or how much capacity was added, and this page does not guess at any of them.

07
07 / UPCOMING

What is next, with no dates attached

The announcement also lists what is being worked on next. None of these items shipped with 0.11, and the developer gives no release window for any of them — they are a pipeline list, not a schedule.

  • Adding community servers to favourites.
  • Multi-tier priority queues for community servers.
  • A Message of the Day on community servers.
  • Improved warm-up activities.
  • Disabling AFK kicks while a server is populating — the seeding phase, when an empty-server kick does the most damage.
  • Full team-switching controls.

One item stands outside the list: the announcement states that Season 2 content development is not affected by this patch. That is a status note rather than a date, and no Season 2 timing appears in the 0.11 announcement.
